Garden Hill, situated in the Plati area in Aglantzia, contradicts standard apartment block scenarios. The building hides the car park, makes the most of green areas, and separates the apartments both vertically and horizontally, creating privacy.
Garden Hill consists of four units. Three of the apartments occupy individual floors, with private verandas at the front and rear of the building. The fourth apartment, on the ground floor, is a self-contained house with a private entrance and a large garden. The living spaces are arranged in such a way as to make the most of the views and to take the fullest advantage of the direction of the wind and sun throughout the year.
