The Metropolis Residence is situated on Spetses Street behind Severis Avenue in Nicosia. The building’s six luxury flats are divided into two strips, representing the public and private realms. The public strip contains the living room and the kitchen, which faces east and opens up completely to the veranda, rendering the inner and outer spaces as a single unified space. The private strip contains the bedrooms. The linearity of the plan is expressed on the facade by the projection of the slabs defining each flat.
