Orama is made up of six residential units covering a total area of 674 m2. The ground floor consists of an apartment with a yard and six parking spaces. Two apartments are located on each of the first and second floors, whilst another apartment takes up the entire third floor.
The architectural proposal employs various effects to ensure, from whenever you are, visual continuity with the outdoors and that all apartments enjoy the unhindered view to the Pentadaktylos mountains. The main design principles include simple lines: vertical and horizontal elements diversified in such a way as to enable an understanding of the shell’s structure, and to ensure the privacy and unobstructed movement of the building’s tenants.
