The Oromare building complex, about 8 km from Larnaca, is situated between the community of Voroklini and the beach. The project comprises seven houses, each on its own plot, and has been designed to provide the residents with a quality choice. The area belongs to a purely residential zone with independent houses and a built-up area of not less than 175 m2. All the houses are on two floors and have been designed from the beginning to be easily adapted to the specific needs of each owner. Their arrangement has been planned to emphasise the individual character of each house, and the finished development will constitute a real neighbourhood, not just a series of conventional houses.
