Ideal Life is a six storey office building, The ground floor accommodates a spacious, double height, reception area and a waiting room, the main conference/library, two additional conference/meeting rooms, administrative offices and the common café with outdoor landscaped sitting areas. The mezzanine level accommodates the archives of the firm, the printing room and the IT office.
The five (5) levels above, four (4) typical floors the 5th floor, are design to accommodate the main functions of the firm. The terrace on the 5th floor is offering a gathering outdoor space with views to Prodromos Park and the city.
From the design stage the bioclimatic aspects of the building were of high concern. The passive design of the external skin and the flexible sun/shading system is a contribution for sustainability, reducing significantly the energy intensity of the building. The offices have enough natural light and ventilation as well as views to the city and Agios Andreas residential area.
